General fanart may be used for PFP, Banner/Header, personal or non-profit prints. But credit must be listed and visible.Do not use commissioned works or OC works that are not your own.Do not repost my work without permission. This includes reposts on sites like Pinterest, Facebook, or other SNS.Authorization for use in events or reprints are given at the artists discretion and must be discussed and approved via DM or email.Commission Terms
As the original artist I retain the right to refuse orders and request take downs of my art if I feel it is being used incorrectly. None of my art, be it personal or client, can be used for AI training or NFT.1) Unless full commercial ownership rights are bought; the copyright of the initial art still remains with the artist.2) If I feel a commission is not suitable with my style or outside of my skill, I have the right to decline.3) Minor revisions are allowed on illustrations if the character is noticeably wrong, no major revisions are allowed.4) Orders will be refunded if not completed by the set deadline, please do not rush or push for updates when there is still time between request and delivery. Most commissions have a work window of 1-4 months.5) Commissions ordered without commercial fees CANNOT be used commercially. If you would like to use commissions ordered without commercial fees for commercial use at later dates then you can come back to pay them separately. Commercial use currently only covers digital use, merchandising and physical item use must be listed in the order so it can be discussed prior.6) No refunds on completed works are offered unless discussed or the artist commits grave error during the process. Refunds may be provided by the artist based on other situations.
